Meet our Alumni Ambassadors
Elizabeth S.N. Squire (MSc Management 2019) is the Group Head of Retail Banking at Sierra Leone Commercial Bank SL Ltd, with over 19 years of leadership experience across the financial and corporate sectors. A Certified Credit and Financial Analysis Professional (CCFAP), she also serves as Sierra Leone Country Representative for African Women in Dialogue and sits on the boards of the Sierra Leone Urban Research Centre, Kamspek University, and Millennium Minerals Ltd. Passionate about leadership, business development, and women's empowerment, Elizabeth is recognised for her strategic mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to creating lasting impact.
Alex Williams (MSc Information Technology 2016) is a Cyber Risk Specialist at the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre (NC3) in Sierra Leone, with over 20 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity. He holds an MSc in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool and an LLM in Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law from Queen Mary University of London. A Chartered IT Professional (BCS) and Fellow of the Commonwealth Africa Cybersecurity Expert Group, Alex has led initiatives in cyber risk management, digital transformation, and capacity building across Sierra Leone and the wider region. He is also a visiting lecturer and is committed to strengthening cyber resilience and developing future cybersecurity professionals.
