The Liverpool Guild of Students’ Mountford Hall

Located at the heart of the University’s campus, Mountford Hall is a venue graduates will know well, some will remember seeing bands like The Who in the late 1960s, or Elvis Costello in the 1970s. The Cavern Club

We couldn’t do a musical feature without mentioning the Cavern Club. The Beatles became a signature act in the 1960s and decades later the venue has continued to attract world-class talent such as the Arctic Monkeys. The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall

The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall is home to the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, the UK’s oldest continuing professional symphony orchestra. The Hall itself attracts more than 300,000 people each year for concerts, along with graduating classes of the University of Liverpool each summer and winter.
