Peter graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1983 with a BSc in Chemistry, before returning to do a PhD in Organic Chemistry in 1987. Peter was then awarded an honorary degree in 2018 in recognition of his distinguished career since graduation.
Peter's career saw him spend 30 years at Unilever, where he worked all over the world in several roles including Vice President of North America Research and Development. Peter now spends his time consulting for large organisations across the US, mainly in the life sciences, personal care and food industries.
