Infection and Global Health (IGH) Alumni Association
Liverpool has a strong and proud tradition of work in infection and global health, extending from the days of Ronald Ross who discovered malaria transmission in mosquitoes, through to Tony Hart's world-class microbiology work in more recent years.
Following the establishment of the University’s Institute of Infection and Global Health in 2010, an Alumni Association was launched in 2012 for any graduates connected with the fields of infection and global health.
The Association is for not just alumni who graduated from the IGH but all those undergraduates and postgraduates who studied infection and global health subjects or work or have interest in both fields.
As a member of the Association, you will be kept up-to-date with developments in Infection and Global Health at the University, receive a regular e-newsletter and be invited to events including IGH Day.
For more information, please click here, email email@example.com, “like” the IGH on Facebook or follow on Twitter
University of Liverpool Veterinary Alumni Association (ULVAA)
Chairman - Richard Sanderson
Treasurer - Dr John Ishmael
Administrative Support - Rachael Atkins
The University of Liverpool Veterinary Alumni Association (ULVAA) was established in 1991 to encourage staff and students who have moved on to keep in touch with each other and the Vet School.
The Association is managed by a committee of elected alumni volunteers, supported by colleagues from the School and the wider University. We organise activities which are designed to help facilitate graduates to remain connected with each other and the School. All students of the Vet School automatically become members on graduation.
For further information, visit the ULVAA web page at: www.liv.ac.uk/veterinary-science/alumni/
