As a professional working in HR do you understand the benefits of social media in assisting with recruitment, branding, recognition, internal communication and learning?

Join Tim Scott (BA Hons Philosophy 1997) for an hour long webinar on Wednesday 26 April at 12:00pm (BST) where he will discuss the rise of digital and social technology, current and future technology trends and the digital skills gap. Tim will also consider what all this means for you, how you need to respond and will conclude with practical tips for you to take away.

Tim is the founder of The Work Consultancy, a provider of HR advice and social media support and training. His mission for The Work Consultancy is the promotion of the effective use of social technologies for business and helping people develop digital skills to be successful in the workplace. Prior to founding The Work Consultancy, Tim spent 20 years in Human Resources across a variety sectors, successfully leading HR and OD teams to transform organisations people practices, including the award-winning Brook Charity HR Team.

Tim is a regular conference speaker, blogger and writer on HR and social media. He is the co-author of e-books The Future of Work 2025 – People Management and Human Resources – the Practical Guide, and the popular Putting Social Media to Work book series.
