Herdman Society Centenary Symposium

The next event to celebrate the Centenary celebration calendar is of Geography and Geology at the University is the Herdman Symposium. This symposium will give you the opportunity to hear from a variety of speakers on topics such as fossil sharks and geology and global development. You can view the full programme here.

Alumni are able to reserve tickets at a discounted rate of £10 which will include talks on the day, abstracts, light refreshments, lunch and a wine reception in the evening.

There will be a get-together at the Casa on Friday 16 February for anyone who wishes to join as well as the opportunity to join the speakers for dinner on Saturday 17 February, after the daytime events. The Symposium will take place from 10am – 5pm on Saturday 17 February at the Central Teaching Hub (Building number 221, Grid ref F6 on Campus Map), Liverpool, L69 3BX. Places can be booked for the event by following the link below.
